Hub Central Unit
The hub central unit is the heart of the system. It continuously monitors all connected sensors and devices and sends immediate notifications to the owner and the monitoring center in the event of an alarm. The hub central unit uses various communication channels such as GSM, Ethernet, and backup batteries to ensure reliable transmission of alarms, even in the event of power outages or network failures.
Wireless Water Intrusion Detector (LeaksProtect)
The water intrusion detector detects moisture or water on the floor and immediately triggers an alarm if any of the detector's four pairs of contacts come into contact with water. Once the area is dry, the alarm will automatically deactivate. This detector is handy for detecting leaks or flooding in areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, or basements and preventing damage.
WaterStop / Water Stop Valve
WaterStop automatically shuts off the property's water supply with an Ajax security system within 5 seconds when LeaksProtect or another manufacturer's flood detector is triggered. The device combines a high-quality valve with a powerful electric actuator. With the Ajax app and an internet connection, you can control WaterStop and check its current status from anywhere in the world. In addition, you have the option to set up scenarios to automatically turn off the water at a specific time or when the system is armed.
Motion Detectors and other Sensors
The Ajax set can also be expanded with other sensors such as motion detectors, door and window sensors, and cameras to monitor your home or office comprehensively. These sensors detect unusual activity or intrusions and also trigger alarms if necessary.
