What is a wallbox?
A wallbox is a special charging station for electric vehicles. It is mounted on the wall and connected to the power grid. Wallboxes are designed to charge electric vehicles at a higher power than is possible with a conventional household socket. Typically, wallboxes have a power output of 3.7 to 22 kW and can fully charge an electric vehicle within a few hours, depending on the model.
