You have two options for extending or activating your HD+ card. To do this, simply take the email with the code you received from us and choose the method that is more convenient for you:
Activation by phone:

Activation via the HD+ website:
- If you have an HD+ card: hd-plus.de/reload/senderpaket
- If you use the HD+ TV app: hd-plus.de/reload/iptv/tv-link-pin
Steps for activation:
Go to one of the links above and enter your HD+ card number or TV PIN.
(Card number: on the back of your HD+ card)
(TV PIN: Open HD+ TV app -> Settings -> TV PIN)
Enter the PIN code you received from us by email.
(You can find the PIN code further up in the email.)

Du kannst den Status deiner Karte meist direkt im Menü deines Receivers oder TV-Geräts einsehen. Gehe unter „Einstellungen“ zu den „CI+ Modul Informationen“ oder „Smartcard-Status“. Dort wird dir das neue Ablaufdatum angezeigt.
Du kannst den Code bereits einlösen, wenn deine aktuelle Laufzeit noch aktiv ist. Die 12 Monate werden einfach an dein bestehendes Guthaben hinten angehängt, sodass dir kein einziger Tag verloren geht. Wir empfehlen die Verlängerung, sobald dein Gerät dich mit dem Hinweis „Hinweis 130“ oder „131“ an den Ablauf erinnert.
Dieser PIN-Code ist ausschließlich für originale HD+ Smartcards gedacht, die in einem HD+ Modul oder einem HD+ Receiver betrieben werden. Wenn du HD+ über ein Sky-Abonnement empfängst, erfolgt die Abrechnung und Verlängerung direkt über Sky; ein PIN-Code aus dem Handel kann hierfür meist nicht genutzt werden.
Keine Sorge, das Signal benötigt manchmal einen Moment. Stelle sicher, dass dein Receiver eingeschaltet ist und du auf einen privaten HD-Sender (z. B. RTL HD oder Sat.1 HD) geschaltet hast. In der Regel wird das Bild innerhalb weniger Minuten hell. Falls nicht, kannst du auf der HD+ Webseite eine kostenlose „Re-Aktivierung“ anfordern.
Nein. Das ist der große Vorteil für dich: Du kaufst eine einmalige Verlängerung für 12 Monate. Es erfolgt keine automatische Verlängerung und du musst auch nicht kündigen. Nach Ablauf der 12 Monate wird das Bild einfach wieder verschlüsselt, und du entscheidest selbst, wann du erneut verlängern möchtest.
Ja, dieser Verlängerungscode ist universell und funktioniert mit allen bisherigen Smartcard-Generationen von HD Plus. Egal ob du eine HD01, HD02, HD03, HD04 oder HD05 Karte besitzt – unser Code schaltet sie alle für weitere 12 Monate frei.
Die Einlösung ist denkbar einfach: Besuche die offizielle Webseite von HD+ (www.hd-plus.de/reload). Dort gibst du zuerst deine 12-stellige HD+ Kartennummer (befindet sich auf der Rückseite der Karte unter dem Barcode) und anschließend den bei uns gekauften 16-stelligen PIN-Code ein.
