Return in general
In order to process your returns quickly and easily, we would like to ask you to observe the following instructions when returning your order:
- Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Please also use a protective outer packaging so that the goods are protected against transport damage.
- Please enclose a copy of the invoice. If you no longer have the invoice, please contact our service hotline.
- Please enter the return reason on the return slip and include it in the package. Download here: Backward Forwarding Letter. If there is no service attendance certificate or inadequate errors, delays in processing may occur. Please describe the error that occurred with your product as much as possible.
- They bear the immediate cost of returning the goods. In individual cases, we reserve the right to exempt you from the above-mentioned cost-containment obligations. If the goods can not be returned by post, the cost of the return shall correspond to the delivery costs of a maximum of 49 Euro (Germany) and a maximum of 150 Euro (abroad) if the collection takes place by us. If the goods can be returned by post, the cost of the return corresponds to the delivery of a maximum of 14.90 Euro (Germany) if the return is made by a package mark provided by us (Germany). In general, you bear the costs for postposting returns from abroad. You only have to pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for you to check the quality, characteristics and function of the goods. Please note that for logistical reasons, we can not accept non-free parcels.
Please note that the above instructions for a quick and uncomplicated return processing do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the revocation right.
When does the purchase price come from?
If the appliance is not returned in the original packaging and the condition in which it left our premises, the value is reduced. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase and will give you long pleasure. If this is not the case, please read the following lines to ensure your full right of revocation.
You can test the device within the period of revocation. Please treat the goods like a loaner. Your device brings all the features with you to test it at the same time. Please keep the original packaging and open it gently. Please do not tear or cut or label or wrap the packaging of the goods. Please do not modify the hardware, software or the operating system!
If the appliance is not returned in the original packaging and the condition in which it left our house, there is a reduction in value.
Typical impairment factors are:
Scratch / impurity
- deteriorated optical condition of the goods (scratches, soiling, stickers)
Loss / damage to original packaging
Unsealing of included software packages
The enclosed instructions are labeled or completed
The original packaging is labeled or embossed
- Registration / activation of software licenses or manufacturing guarantees
- Changes in the configuration (hard disk format, modification of the operating system, etc.)
In such cases, we can not refund you the full purchase price. We will of course examine each case individually.
Service counter in Troisdorf
A special service for our local customers: After purchase in our stores, you have five business days to revoke the purchase. You will receive a credit to your customer account and can buy a different product. Please note:
The invoice or the cash receipt must be available
The goods must be original and packed
Daily price dependent goods can only be returned after consultation with the service department
The warranty does not include: Ci modules, smart cards, software, DVDs & games, PDAs, printers, scanners, monitors, telephones.
Otherwise, the service department decides in individual cases. In case of doubt please inform yourself before the purchase, if the goods can be withdrawn.
Of course, you can also handle complaints occurring during the warranty period via the service counter.
