ALPD Technology
ALPD stands for Advanced Laser Phosphor Display and is an advanced laser display technology used in many modern projectors, especially ultra-short-throw (UST) projectors and home theater devices. Developed by Appotronics, it has established itself as a key technology for high-quality projection.

At its core, ALPD technology combines the advantages of lasers and fluorescent materials (phosphors). Instead of using only conventional lamps, ALPD projectors use blue lasers that strike a phosphor disc. This phosphor disc converts some of the blue laser light into other colors (usually green and red). The light from these different color sources (direct blue laser and the colors produced by the phosphors) is then mixed and projected onto the screen through optical components to create the final image.
